Proposed as an impossible public project, I hoped to convince Sweden to trade its welfare state in exchange for our rap scenes. By buying my poster, visitors to the Rooseum voted for my proposal. So I came to Malmö, Sweden with my seven point plan to a largely skeptical audience in Malmö, Sweden.
